Ah ah ahhhhh! Those are the exact words that my scores are screaming out. Bowled like crap todaye )))): I think I bowled a 130+ average. Yucks. I think Ive plummetted down from the overall rankings. KNS la. The same thing happened the last time I joined NAG. Hopefully tmr's Team Event wont be that bad and that me and Reg will be in Masters. Hopefully (more for my case)!

Sigh. Today is just an odd day overall. Leaning towards the bad side but it's not exactly.. bad. I just feel weird.

Felt so effing guilty this afternoon ): Went for lunch with Mummy at our house downstairs' kopitiam but what was busy Zen doing? Busying herself with the handphone, settling some stuff for CIP (which I think I failed to make it successful since I was the sole person doing everything ): ). I walked to the kopitiam with her, tiak-tiak-tiaking away on my phone. Not only that, but when I was waiting, when I the food arrived, when Mum was trying to speak to me. ARGH. I feel like an ungrateful daughter ): When the Indian stallholder came over to talk to my Mum, she was lamenting to him how her son is going to school for choir practice while her daughter is going bowling and the house is empty with her only ): Sigh. I feel so guilty. Esp with me who is desperately trying to settle the CIP.

And other stuffs including bowling. Sigh.

Felt like puking before bowling, I dont know why. Went to the toilet to try to puke to feel better after much persuasion from Reg and Clara, but after gagging like 6 or 7 times nothing came out (or rather I was also kind of hesitant to really vomit, cos I hate the aftermath of tears + feeling physically weak + dehydrated). Bought plum candy to suppress the feeling instead.

Had little perks here and there today though, but the main perk of the day is (LO AND BEHOLD!) Lit extra lesson. CHING CHONG CHING CHONG! DONG DONG CHIANG (no I quite dislike the Chinese opera-esque stuff but yeah it emphasises on the irony there)! Haha. I think I'm starting to like doing Pride and Prejudice (or P&P, which we dearly name in really short form). When Ms K was lecturing, my mind wondered to my own life issues related to that. Furthermore it was one of the more relaxed Lit lessons. It wasnt dreadful at all. I actually dont mind picking up the book and annotating it in my notebook. Haha. Wow. It's a gooooood sign (:

Lalala. I didnt maintain today ): Bowled a 167, 145 and a 169 for second block of the Singles Event today for NAG. In 9th position overall with a 172 average I think. Blah maintaining or bowling up is really difficult sia. Oh wellsers! It's just an event & Reg & I will be fighting on for Doubles Event tmr! :D Hopefully we can repeat our achievements like in Nationals! Heh. Gna try! Had Chicken Briyani over at Northpoint's food court before heading to OCC with Anuaar and Reg. Whoa ate so full that I felt like puking before bowling and during the first game somehow didnt have much energy. Felt sick at the stomach :S Luckily it wasnt so bad after that. Uncle Adam damn hip la. He thinks that he grows younger instead of older. Haha. Cos we tricked him to sitting at the spoilt seat on our lane. And guess what! He knew that it was spoilt so the chair didnt tilt over. Hahaha. Indeed indeed. Sigh! He's the best coach Ive ever had. So damn funny & helped my bowling soooooo much. I'll be sad to leave bowling after NAG. Hope I keep bowling man. NTU! Here I come!!!

Lit extra lesson wasnt too bad actually (: We ended an hour earlier as Ms K noticed that ppl's eyes are "glazed over" - ppl were gna fall asleep alr. So nice. Haha wow right! But had a ton of stuff to prepare for tmr's class at 10am. Gosh it's 1am and I've yet to sleep or done anything! Shall wake up early tmr to chiong them.

I still wna go Sentosa to play volleyball, tan, swim, pub, club and shop in addition to MUGGING yes. Just that NAG holds priority at the moment. So cant all any of the above except for mugging this week.

I feel like an idiot sometimes. A very blur one at that. I bowled twice in two competitions in another person's lane. I need to open my eyes bigger! To stop embarrassing myself. I am so relieved that both times I'm not penalised/disqualified in both -.-"

Secondly, I kinda fell today when I slid. Hah. The approach was quite sticky. Even after using the deerskin sole which is the most slide-able one. Embarrassing la. I need to be more careful next time!!! xP

Bowled a 171, 204, 179 today for the first block of the Singles Event for National Age Groups (: Currently in 4th place. Hopefully can maintain or try to climb to 3rd! Haha. Maintaining is difficult man :S So happeeeeeeeee today :D Saw so many longlost bowling friends such as Marian, Samantha Liew, Charlyn, Sam.. :D NAG rocks in this aspect. Haha. It reunites longlost friends whove gone to polys/jcs!

RAH! Needa go back to school for Lit makeup with Ms K at 1-4pm )))))))))))): Gotta rush back home to change and take public transport (bus and/or MRT, not cab!) to OCC with Reg since our bowling balls are there, thank God (: OCC and the NAG organisers are really thoughtful la, cannot stand it! Not like A Div that time at Safra Yishun. Woot! Budden the same anal lane marshall is working there :S He's just doing his job, but he seriously can be more tactful and not be like some hawk/vulture around our lanes there. BAH.

Nationals have officially ended today with the Masters Event and I'd like to say that I'm really proud of everyone (: Theyve worked their asses off this season and made our school proud (:

Clara got 2nd for Masters, in which she improved from 3rd last year (: *claps* But she was so upset that she got 2nd cos she lost only by a very small margin. And also due to the fact that Lady Luck wasnt by her side ):

Besides that there were many other disappointments that our bowlers faced which made them cry. We all feel for them because theyre that passionate about bowling. But of course, there were really amazing successes which glorified SAJC as well (: I am very proud of everyone, whatever their achievements are during Nationals (: J1s, do not be disheartened! You guys have one more year to prove what youre made of. So please train hard and bring the challenge trophy back! Haha. The General Office staff in school wanted to keep the challenge trophy forever or sth, but Ms Wong tried to explain to her that we cant. Lol it was damn cute. Hope that more good bowlers will come into SA and defend/improve our titles next year!

Rahhhh! Today's Masters Event was quite a nerve-wrecking one. Haha. So dumb right. How could it possibly be? I felt odd cos I felt like I was left alone to face all the enemies without my teammates and theyre only allowed to watch at the sidelines. Hahaha. I couldnt possibly cheer for myself. I'm the cheerer type. I'd like to cheer and high-ten my teammates after a strike/spare/miss to celebrate and vent out frustrations but I couldnt really do that today. So that may have contributed la. Luckily some of the bowlers were really nice (: Walao I'm damn dumb can!!! I threw a ball at the same lane I was bowling on after I completed a frame at that lane, when we're supposed to switch by following the arrows. KNS. Haha! But luckily it was okay cos the arrow wasnt at the lane which I threw the ball on. I am so blur la -.-"

Bowled about a 150plus avg. Blah. Haha. Oh wells. At least Ive got the experience of being in Masters (: 6th position isnt too bad after all.

More or less maintained with 164, 156 and 172 today, but definitely couldve bowled better. Currently in 6th position.

Dont have the mood to elaborate more.. Will do so after Team Event second block tmr. It's simply just too overwhelming at the moment and I hope tmr will be better.

Today almost the whole team went over to Nicholas Tong's house to hang out after our squad, including Helmi (coach) (: Haha. Think everyone didnt want to emo at home. We simply just played mahjong/pool/napped/talk cock with each other all in his big attic. Haha. It was nice just hanging out together as a team (: Especially when it was very impromptu and almost everyone could go (:

Woot! Bowled a 150, 155, 225, 143, 177, 183 today (: 172 avg. Combined with Reg, we bowled a 166.5 avg =D Reg & I definitely expect it, but we did it =D We came with an aim to beat some American Cheesecakes and we did, plus a silver medal which added a cherry on top with rainbow sprinkles and chocolate jimmies and fudge and you get the idea. Hah. Prior to our girls' squad was the boys' squad. And something drove us to do better, which I am actually quite thankful for. Hah. That made me cheer so much harder for the guys til I almost lost my voice and felt a bit dizzy at one point. Wth right. Lol.

Being Doubles partners with Reg truly rocks man. We were nervous, bowled well, bowled bad, missed, struck, spared, laughed, encouraged, shouted, high-10ed, celebrated-ALTOGETHER today during the Doubles Event (: I guess it's the chemistry there and that we understood each other's needs while bowling. Like how to encourage each other. It was truly an experience i'll never ever forget for a long time because I think we were the cheeriest pair. Lols. We shouted like nobody's business, each time one of us were to bowl, after we struck/spare, even after we miss. Hah. Shouting really helps. You get to vent your frustration, you get to "celebrate" your strike/spare and you get to relieve yourself when you accidentally get a tyco strike/spare. Lols. Uncle Adam encourages shouting. Yay! Think it works cos it will kinda have an effect on opponents. So yea. But I feel like it mustve been unglam la. HAHA. Reg was like, "Then we must have looked like monsters right? Aiya nevermind la, monsters monsters la" and offered her hand for a high5. Lols.

I am really thankful for the people ard me. Regina, Helmi, Uncle Adam, Vincent, the teachers, the team (esp for the boys who supported and cheered for us ever so gusto-ly today! It's just heartwarming to know that your team is behind you (: ), my family's quiet but rewarding support, my classmates and other schoolmates' support as well (: YOU GUYS ALL ROCK!!! =D Cant thank them all enough (: I love you all (: <3>

Mummy got me a pair of brown wedges from Charles and Keith and we went Cafe Cartel for dinner to celebrate my first win in Nationals just now =D =D =D I am a happy happy girl (: She's coming down to support on Thurs! YAY! That means more strikes (: Haha.

Bowled a 162.2 avg today for Singles Event. Rah. Stupid last game. 163, 172, 168, 183, 159, 128 ): Quite stagnant until the last game when I missed 3 friggin pin 10s and threw 2 gutter balls with my "new" ball, Storm Phase. Argh. Very frustrated about that. Besides the fact that stringing strikes and decent spares together didnt really happen. And the girls underperformed ): I'm sure we have more potential than what today's scores reflected. So let's see what happens in the Doubles and Team Events.

That aside, Leonard won 2nd for Singles! Woot woot! Or woof woof! Haha. Let's like, give him a can of Pedigree for a job well done. Hahaha. I think he'll kill me if he reads this haha. Anyhows, the guys are doing well, I think theyre gna have a tough fight with ACS IB. But nevertheless I'm very sure they can overtake them. I had fun (finally!) bowling with Regina (in Nationals!) (: Guess it's the "synergy" that's there, as what Uncle Adam calls it =D Haha. Helmi was a really really good morale booster. Haha. He could actually twist my name into Zhen Dan or steamed egg in Chinese -.-" And sing some Chinese song with "dan ni gu dan..." in it each time after I striked while swaying left and right with his hands in the air like a fan in a Chinese pop band concert when a ballad is played. Haha! I dunno the lyrics, and I dont think he did either, so he murmured everything except for the "dan ni gu dan..." part. Lols it was damn funny la. He joked a lot, which made the mood less tense. I appreciated that (: I think him and Uncle Adam make a great team of coaches. Haha. Of course la huh, theyre father and son after all (x And it was also very sweet of David, Steph Soh, Vic and Liz to come down to support us (: Sigh I still feel like theyve never left the team. I miss them!!

YEP. So will be training again on Saturday (final training!) to practise our lines and I will be requesting to do pin 10s as well - I just cannot take the fact that I missed 3 pin 10s in one game rah!!!

Sad to say, Minutes to Midnight lack the Linkin Park element ): It's gotten mainstream-ish, which is quite saddening actually. I was in my seat anxiously anticipating for that unique instrumental music in the background of a song or Mike Shinoda rapping along with Chester's sexaye-angst-driven voice in perfect harmony; simply the nice, usual melody which we associate with Linkin Park in Hybrid Theory and Meteora.

Now, theyve somehow become more mellow but more angsty at the same time with more "f*ck"s, making their CD one of the same as a 50 Cent/Akon CD. Yucks, putting them side by side doesnt do their music justice yes, but it provokes the same thinking. Plus, they sound more U2, even Coldplay-ish. Their music videos are getting more U2-like too-just take a look at what theyre wearing in the What I've Done video. The concept of it is so Save-The-World too. Not that it's a bad thing, but it's too copycat-ish. LP is much more creative than that! I miss your drumming skills, Rob! I want more Mike + Chester harmony!

I'm not very impressed by the mainstream rock songs because a new one with the same concept will play once and again on radio by different bands. I'm impressed by you, LP, for your use of unique instruments, your own kind of sound which we can immediately identify as LP.

I still love you, LP. I loved Hybrid Theory and Meteora. Just wish youve chucked away the new sound. Guess it mustve been quite an experience, pushing the limits or "pushed our boundaries" of your sound, as you have said. Not here to diss, nope, I love you guys. Just here to lament. My team (Regina, Junyi, Elis and I) were bowling in the same pair of lanes as Nicole and Jinghui. Haha we certainly had a great time supporting each other (: I'm excited, because I have such ON members! Hahaha. They will definitely make A Div a great experience too. We accomplished something today! Haha. Usually I'd go, "YEA!" when I give the bowlers in my lanes high-tens after getting a strike/spare. Junyi's, Nicole's and especially Regina's YEAs are the loudest. Elis' YEA is getting there. But Jinghui's YEA wasnt there at all during the first part of training. THENNNN, after giving her many YEAs, I think she wanted to try YEA-ing too. Haha! She said something like, "how do you all shout so high-pitched? I try". Hahaha so cute right? We were practically laughing at her cuteness. Hahaha. She tried to, and SUCCEEDED! Lols. Her YEAs are at our level now man =D Good job, Jing!! Will cheer for her if we have the opportunity to during A Div =D

Lanes were quite similar to the one of reverse oiling :S Omahgawd it's like, a returning nightmare. Cos when we were having B Div in Victor's we had to suffer that type of oiling. Couldnt find my line. A little bit off target and that's ittttt. There wasnt much area to "make mistakes". Today after 2 throws of the spare ball, the ring finger insert came out. Think it got lost at the pins deck there. Ahaha. Got quite a shock when i saw the spare ball roll back at the ball return without the finger insert. I was like, "REGINAAAA!" and pointed at it like a beyond shocked madwoman la. Haha. Grabbed it and showed it to Helmi who went to the pro shop behind we got me a new finger insert. It was $5 though. Quite ex huh. The pro shop guy (he used to coach/work in SY. I cant rmb!) and Helmi were questioning me why I didnt buy a new spare ball as the area around the finger inserts were cracking. Plus it was redrilled 3 times already. They jokingly asked if I wanted to bowl with it until it cracks into half. Haha. I said yes cos there is sentimental value to it-Evelyn Chan gave it to me in Sec 3 (: Maybe will be refilling the ball over the weekend at SY.

Argh. I so dont feel like going to school right now during season. It's just that my mind is not in the right place. Or mood to cram. Was dozing off during Econs lec and slept for a whole 20mins during Econs tut which I felt so guilty about cos I really pity Ms Wong for being so nice to us while we just.. ignore her and doze off. Really. I pity her. I'm such a disgrace to myself la. Sigh.

Mother's Day celebration was fun yesterday =D Mum and I went to Quality Hotel to have a buffet brunch. Next to our table was this girl who had gastric. Mum, being her, kinda talked to the hip mum of the girl and recommended the girl some herbal soup to relieve her stomach. The girl's name's Michelle. She's a really sweet girl, also a J2, from NYJC. She said I look like Fish Leong!! Here's some pics of Fish.

We then headed to PS to watch 28 Weeks Later. The show is overrated-it's more like another version of Dawn of the Dead :S Not worth watching, really. 2 stars. If youre not 18 yet and think that just because it's an M18 movie so must watch, dont worry, youre not missing out on anything! Perhaps just loads amount of blood and violence. Is all. Haha. 300 IS the M18 movie to watch! Lol. Cant wait for Fantastic Four: Return of the Silver Surfer, Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Will be watching Priates with the team after A Div. Yay! Cant wait for that (: Shopped around for a pair of black shorts for A Div, but couldnt find so went Tiong Bahru Plaza. Found a pair at Sportslink FOR $14.90 =D Cheapcheap! Haha. Bought a new waterbottle as well. Plus a new hairband. Plus a new belt. Basically shopping. Lols. Fun.

Reg, Anuaar and I were emoing at the kopitiam in Marina South about leaving Saints Bowling after Nationals. Haha. Junyi was trying her hardest to comfort us soon-to-be old birds. Haha. There are simply so much memories with the juniors, the rest of the J2s and our seniors in SAJC. Ah! I shall look forward to the last training and A Div before getting even more emo.

Bowling National Age Groups U-22 with Reggie, Trish and Elysia! (: We've decided to name ourselves '4 Steps'. Haha it kinda sounds noobish, but there's an underlying private joke in the name. HAHA. Everyone agreed to it, so we left it as that (x Hope we'll have a good time then.

Got our sexaye new bowling jerseys on Friday (: Come see during A Div! Haha. Wore the Adidas one today and everybody looked sexaye man. Haha. Bad part was it wasnt sweat-absorbant-we were left quite sticky from the dri-fit. Hopefully the white one will be more sweat-friendly. Haha.

Ooh yes. Our class raised $560.20 in total for Hospice Care Association from our Project Bake Love! sale and through donations on Friday for CIP (: (: (: The baking tai-tais are HAPPYYY. Haha. Thanks to Boon, Mat and Eugene for publicising for us! (Maybe Michelle and) I will be going up during assembly to thank the school for it -.-" Whoa paiseh sia. Haha. But will put that aside la. Dont think it's nice to push the responsibility to someone else. Hope I dont like, trip or sth la. Haha. Twas so fun baking with Deb and Krystal. Deb was panicking like crazy, and she was in a total frenzy in the kitchen when it was nearly time for dinner and we havent finish baking our peach cupcakes while the chocolate cupcakes failed twice already. Haha that was really funny! She tried to calm herself down by saying that she will need to be able to handle that bit of stress in the kitchen to be able to raise 6 kids in the future. Haha! The chocolate cupcakes' recipe wasnt right la-we just made more peach cupcakes in the end. Baked the heart-shaped pineapple tarts for mum at 11.30pm after late dinner. Omgggg. It looked nice but tastes super floury. Hah. SIGHS. What a ruined Mother's Day gift la. Haha.

Mahjonged today with Anuaar, Reg and Junyi after training =D Haha twas a really hilarious mahjong session. Best part was we played without money, so we didnt bother la. Haha. I AM ADDICTED MAN. But gotta brush up on the tactics and ARRANGING the tiles. Hahaha. Had 10 tais today can you believe it!!! My record most! HAHA. Yay I cant wait to be a tai-tai. Hahaha.

Okay. Think it's time to hit the bed. Really beat right now :S I cant wait for Nationals, National Age Group, badminton outings, study outings with the bowlers, baking&swimming&Sentosa outing with Deb and Krystal and Deb's birthday outing to Eski Bar! Hahaha. Reg and I may be going clubbing too. Ahaha. We're old, but we're a bit suaku la. Haha. Of course, there's BT2 to mug for. Gna try to balance the relaxing parts with the mugging parts. During training today we bowled 3 games in total, transferring down a pair of lanes to the right after every game. Due to time constraints and the ease of bowling, we didnt change our names that we initially bowled in. So like, we ended up with another bowler's name twice after transferring lanes for the 2nd and 3rd game. We were super distracted by that la. Haha. Bowled crappily for the first two games. Yewliang assumed my name during the second game and he did really well - a 245 i think. Hahaha. Then Darryl assmed Regina's name and bowled a 200+ game too. Furthermore, Reg and I are most likely Doubles partners for Nationals already, and so are Darryl and Yewliang. Haha so we did well! Haha okay technically the boys did. During the third game when Reg and I assumed Clara and Stephanie respectively we both got 183 - haha much hope for doing well for Doubles event huh! Lol. We were happy. It gave us that little bit of confidence and mark that shows that we can win - we proved that during the NUS Open and I felt it today too. So hopefully it happens during Nationals.

Went Vivo aft trg, wanting to get my shorts from River Island. But guess what! THERE WASNT A SALE ANYMORE. ALL THE CLOTHES WERE GONE. INCLUDING MY SHORTS ): ): ): ): ): Gosh. How saddening. I dunno where I am gna find such a pair of shorts anymore. Hah. Gotta tell Deb the bad news too. The sale is gone. Haha.. Sigh. Yes my heart is aching badly from the shorts. Hahaha. That's how nice the shorts were. Seriously.

Gna bake till midnight (?) tmr at Deb's! Haha fun. We did that before Valentine's Day cos we baked Oreo Cheesecakes for the class for our Valentine's celebration ((: Gna stayover at her place and help carry the cupcakes to school. (Yep we're baking about 70 of them!) Hopefully the sale goes successfully!

Less than a week left to Nationals!!!!!

Haha. I was making the pineapple jam for the pineapple tarts I'm about to make for my mum and grandma for mother's day when my mum came home, walked to the kitchen and asked me what was i doing to her kitchen. LUCKILY, I managed to hide the recipe when Zoe started barking when my mum was opening the front door. I clasped it in between my fbts and my erm, hip there. Haha weird I know. Had no choice la. Just dismissed her question and said twas for CIP this Friday (my class is gna have a bake sale to raise funds for Hospice Care Association! Come support!). It turned out successful! Heh. Will be making the bottom pastry and baking it together with the pineapple jam on Thursday at Deb's (: Cant wait! Haha. Will be baking Nutella chocolate cupcakes and peach cupcakes for the CIP. Sounds tantalising huh? Come BUY! 1-3pm at the front of the cafe (:

Haha twas funny in school today. Deb was super cute. She brought a bag of 1kg worth of granulated sugar just to share it with me and Krystal. I brought maltose (mai ya tang!) for them. Haha the way Deb separated the sugar and maltose was damn funny - she went to the drink stall to get a cup and a few clear plastic bags to store them. Lol. We cut open the sugar packet and separated it into 2 plastic bags with a plastic spoon - right there at the gallery while the rest of the class were having PE. Haha. Then came the maltose. Y'know mai ya tang is da sticky gooey golden coloured thing that's spun around a disposable chopstick that one? Yeah. That was it. We had to separate the small tub into two. We had a few audiences from our class and we ended up eating some of the maltose. Lols. We all went, "WAH! SO VISCOUS!" when the maltose slowlyyyy but surelyyyy flowed into the cup. Lol. Geographers-in-the-making right there!

Haha another really hilarious and damn lame incident happened during Math period when our tutor wasnt there. Krystal was telling Luke that she was "going with Mat (to somewhere)". Then Eugene, whom I think was doing his Math tutorial, looked up and exclaimed, "Which one?!" The class just burst into laughter. HAHA. Fyi, Mat is Mathani, a classmate while mat is yeah, Malay ah bengs. Omg twas damn lame la. Haha.

Had a superfun and excited chitchat with Zhao, Mat, Yingjie and Krystal on Deb's birthday plans this coming June during Lit period as Ms K was on MC. Hahaha. Were discussing where to pub at, cos Krystal is finally legal and will be able to drink after taking her 6 months' worth of TB prevention pills. Haha then went to talk about clubbing. On the way to Math lec Mat actually imitated couples dancing when theyre clubbing, right outside the SC at the walkway there. HAHA. She was trying to show us how 2 guys will like, stand guard next to a girl so that other guys wont hit on her. Haha. Then she swayed side to side, saying that that's how the boyfriends danced while bodyguarding the girl, and her imitating that scene caused a little of a human traffic jam twas damn hilarious hahaha.

Followed Luke, Mat and Krystal to DL's extra Human Geog tutorial, supposedly for those who are smarter in Human Geog and those hardworking types as there were some spaces available for those who wna join in. I went as it was from 3.30-4.30pm and I had to wait for Yewliang till 5.15. We ended school at 2pm, so had lotsa time to kill. Went to Cafe BB to do the H Geog tut and we saw Mr Khoo. Publicised our CIP to him and he gave us $10 to get him anything that he can keep and eat till next year when we come back to get results. LOL he's damn funny la. So nice for supporting us too! (: Okay fastforward to 5.15. Mr Lim drove us to Queensway Shopping Centre where Yewliang and I brought back our bowling jerseys as the school crests werent printed. Like, that was a major screwup cos who can forget a school crest on a school sports CCA shirt?! Thought that the service was really bad. Cos the shopowner's son was the one who tended to us the whole time. Bleah. Luckily, the shopowner was there today and he sincerely apologised to us about the screwup and said that they'll print asap by Friday latest and send it to school for us cos we made our way down especially to bring back the shirts. Okay I forgive the guy. He was very sincere and he offered to save us the hassle of going all the way to Queensway again. His wife also rushed to the counter to show us that they prepared the school crests to iron on the shirts already, which I thought was really sweet la. All forgiven!

3 more trainings to go! Please God, let us shine, let us defend our titles.

I'm very frustrated with my sparing. Saturday trainings seem short even at 3 hours. Bowled 3 crappy games yesterday. Spare test wasnt that great either; we didnt have time to finish plus I couldnt bloody spare pin 2 properly ugh. How stupendifying. Nationals are in 10 days! Need to train more spares!!!

Yesterday while bowling I had a thought. I dunno if any senior realised this but it's one of the last few trainings we're gna have as a team. At least with us seniors around. I just cant believe it's.. here. ): ): ): This is happening way too fast ): I'll miss training with the juniors and the rest of the J2s, with Uncle Adam, Helmi, etc. More time for studies, for the class, but I feel like a big important chunk of me is gna be plucked out from me ): Alright this is too forward thinking already. Hah. There's still Nationals to go. (:

Just yesterday, my tutor called. Kinda to check up on how Glenn, Yewliang & I are doing with Math. I reluctantly picked up the phone call. I felt angry, upset, disappointed and defensive. He asked if we've found another tutor but I said we didnt - we'll look for another one after our season, which is end of May. He then went on to say that we cannot do that, we gotta be consistent, said we cannot keep focusing on bowling. The concoction of feelings stirred up even further and I couldnt help but pointed out that it will only be a few more weeks and bowling is our top priority now because season is here and this is probably the last year of our bowling career so we'd wna give our best. Just for May. Clearly, he didnt understood that. The mixed feelings aside, I appreciated his concern for us. But still. I simply cannot understand how he could drop Yewliang & Glenn for Physics & considered to take them back. And how he could just suddenly turn back on his very word and drop us for Math when he said countless times that he wouldnt drop us after BT1. But whatever. After he said he's quitting, I realised I'd prolly be better off without 5 hours of Math tuition each week at one sitting. If I could benefit from 2 and a half hours at one sitting twice for each week during O Levels, I dont think I cant for A's. Of course, we all know that A Levels require an "ocean" times more efforts than O's, but 5-8 hours of tuition in ONE single sitting is draining. Plus I think I may need a change in teaching style anyways. How I wish Mr Ng, my A Math tutor, teaches A Level Math ): Glenn & Yewliang are really nice guys. They take it in stride. They took the initial shock of being dropped for Physics quite calmly. No questions asked, they just went on to another Physics tutor. On the other hand, I'm so much more critical. I'm kinda embarrassed by this fact actually. But I just simply am unhappy about what our ex-tutor is doing. Guess girls feel more. Hah.

Went to VivoCity after school today for lunch at Thai Express with Deb & Krystal =D We shared the jade-green curry, pineapple fried rice & pad thai. Twas heavennn. Haha. After which we went to shop. Went to Forever 21, Adidas, RIVER ISLAND!, Daiso, Zinc, 37 Degrees, Six and lastly Diva. Haha yep that was our itinery for the day. OKAY I CANT HELP IT ALREADY! I'M GNA EXPLODE WITH EXCITEMENT!!! River Island had a sale!!! Haha okay I sound like an idiot but I dont care =P Tried on black skinny jeans and this superduper comfy thigh-friendly pair of black shorts and both were reallllly to die for. Haha okay in Zen's context anyways. I tried 'bowling' with the shorts and omg it felt so comfy! I think it's the most bowlable shorts I've ever tried on. Haha. But it did look a lil dressy for bowling. But I love it! Haha. Can wear out too. So I'm gna buy it and maybe wear it for A Div. Haha. Comfort! It costs $50 though, plus it's on sale -.-" Gna get the money! The 3 of us shared $9 worth of gold and black hair-ties at Diva. The gold ones are hot stuff. Haha. Krystal looked like a tai-tai in them. Deb & I planned her most tai-tai outfit - she will wear the gold hair-tie with her big hot red shoulder bag and carry her white handphone box-pouch which has some gold parts on it. HAHA. Abbbbsolutely tai-tai! I'm gna save it for A Div when we wear our white polos with the gold fonts xD Made Deb and Krystal wear them when they come down to support as well. Lol. Thanks guys! (:

Speaking of bowling! Bowled my highest score ever - a 239. 2 sets of four baggers in between a 8/ and the other one is an open frame I think. Hope I beat that record in A Div! Haha. Told my mum to come support cos I think she's my good luck charm. Whenever she watches me bowl I seem to bowl better. Lols. But she's complaining that Safra Yishun is too far. I'm persuading her though. Heh. Gna know the team line-ups tmr during training. Quite nervous about that. For me and everyone. On a brighter note, we're getting our new bowling jerseys and jackets for this year! =D Excitingg. Anuaar says that they look great. Cant wait to see them!

Oh yes, Spiderman 3 was fantastic! Heart-wrenching too. Regina was sobbing towards the end of the show when Harry died while Trish and I were laughing away at Regina trying to contain her tears. Haha. I like Spiderman when he was consumed by the 'dark side' though. Heh. He looked less geeky with the fringe and black fashion.. But not his behaviour though. Albeit that, his actions were really funny - reminded us a whole lot of Glenn when he did Hard Gay's (in)famous action one training for missing his spare. HAHA. 4 stars!

Gotta start Operation Mug On! Gotta get the drive up and running. Hope I get into the Hospitality course in NTU. NTU is collaborating with Cornell Uni (an Ivy League!) in this course. Sounds good huh. It's definitely a more practical choice financially - I highly doubt I'll get into Glion Uni anyways. It is a Uni in Switzerland specialising in Tourism and Hospitality Management and Sports and Event Management. Will probably cost nearly $200k so I think I can kinda forget it. Hah.

Gna continue bringing down those spares tmr!

Been OC-crazed for the past few days. Haha. Chionged the last 10 episodes of The OC Season 3 the past 3 days and bro helped me download the fourth season from the Net. After which I'll move on to Heroes hehe xD Watched Krystal's Cinderella 3 vcd just now too. Lol. I think I wouldve enjoyed it if I were say, 10 years younger. (No offense Krystal! - Krystal's a HUGE FAN of Cinderella. She's our class' Cinderella xD)

Bowling's been neither here nor there lately. HAVE TO SPARE! Walao I dont understand how I can miss so much spares. Plus my new dull + shine balls are quite unpredictable. I'm not sure how much they'd hook yet cos theyre just about a week plus old and havent bowled much with them yet. In addition to that, the knuckle area of my index finger of my bowling hand hurts every so often ): To the point where I cant grip my pen properly to write. Luckily for my mechatecter guard my index finger is pretty much fixed at an angle. Haha. So yay. The cause for it to hurt isnt cos of excessive bowling or anything like that though - if I can recall correctly I kinda hit my hand against a wall in school accidentally and thus the injury. How dumb right. Hah.

Why is it when season nears I have to sustain weird injuries?! I cant rmb if I suffered from any injury last year but in Sec 3 and 4 nearing B Div that time I had to endure with a painful left thigh. Bleah. Lucky for me the left thigh doesnt hurt this year. Hah.

I'm really thankful for what Yewliang had said to the team last Saturday - it was a nice Team Talk. Haha. Okay we didnt reply much but it kinda straightened out some points which made me feel guilty. Of course, personally, one aims to be in first team or second team. I'd say that's natural. It also shows that you have a thirst to win and excel, which will drive you. But of course, we're all bowling for the school's overall standings at the end of the day, so being in the first/second/third team doesnt really have to matter. Just as long as EVERYONE puts in their best and see if the best 4 can determine our rank for this year's A Div. Winning Singles/Doubles/Event/Masters are just bonuses. But as a senior, I'd say that we'd naturally be inclined to have the extra want to win them as well - after all, this is probably our last year bowling a Nationals C'ship so we'd wanna squeeze the best out of it all.

And furthermore, this has pretty much been a dream for me in Sec 4 before I came here - to bowl for SA. That, tied-in with another dream which is more wishful-thinking shiat. Hah. That aside, the former dream is why my whole college life is so bowling-filled. Look at my BT1 grades. Hah! I'm lucky Mum is super understanding about it.

Okay! Safra Yishun, here we come tmr. Hopefully I can practise and conquer those spares. Grrrr. Youre going down!

Gonna catch Spiderman III with the team as well after training (: Wheeee! Movie movie.
