Introducing the very sexy Nokia 6510 Music Xpress in RED :D

It's mineeeee hehehehehehe :D In black and RED, my favourite colours woot! My didi has the same phone but in blue. Finally can make video calls! Ahaha I'm rather slow on the 3G technology cos I had to wait ever so patiently to upgrade after I lost my Motorola phone which was 3G-enabled last June ): 'Tis worth the wait. I can depend on it for music (I've got 1Gb of memory :D) and taking photos (3.2 megapixel!) HAPPY HAPPY :DDD

Gonna get my first tattoo most probably next Saturday. Yep, I'm getting one :D Will post up pics after I get it done. Super excited for it. I've been given the choice to put anaesthesia or not, but I want to experience the authenticity of getting a tattoo done without it. Been advised by my mum (who has 3 tats to date) to get it done with the anaesthesia cos she says I've been afraid of pain since young and she doesnt think I can handle it (which is rather accurate la) but I mean I dunno the extent of the pain yet. Haha wa so daring ah. Guess I'll discuss that with Gary my tattooist when we're set to tattoo.

CHARLENE TAY IS BACK FROM THE US! YAYYYY :D Miss her to bits la. Gonna have an outing with her and Zen Tribe this coming Sat. I miss our sleepovers, breakfasts and BBQs!!!

On the flipside, I really hope the appeal results for NUS AND NTU COME QUICKLY. Put my heart to rest! Still unsure of what my future plan is. Argh. Every next alternative plan has big obstacles along the way.

I hope my confused thoughts will be untangled somehow soon.

I love Scruffy Murphy's!

This post is one week overdue but I saw Donna's picture on Friendster and she reminded me of Scruffy Murphy's. Haha.

I met her there last Sunday there at about 5pm. The ambience was really nice. I felt like I was in old-time London or something. The furniture were wooden and so were the walls inside by the bar area. There was a slight breeze the whole time so you dont feel that warm. Scruffy Murphy's at East Coast Beach btw (: I ordered a pint of Strongbow with grenadine syrup (much cheaper than Harry's at only $11.80) and a lamb stew ($8.90 I think). It was yummmmmmmers! Had a warm apple crumble for dessert which I shared with Donna and it was really good too. I want to go back there again (:

Donna let's go back there soon to chill out/hang out! :D And whoever else who wants to go there with me too!

I love lazy days like these. Just sitting in front of the lappy and watching the current Korean bands on YouTube in variety shows (SS501 and SHINee at the moment; the former is SUPER HILARIOUS while the latter is SUPER TALENTED who makes me impressed all the time :D ). Haha guess it's like anybody here watching Show Luo on Channel U/cable? Haha. How I wish Singapore is like (South) Korea. Their entertainment biz is booming because of powerful entertainment groups like SM (Super Junior, SHINee, DBSK, BoA), DSP (SS501, A'ST1), JYP (forgot which artistes/groups are in it.. I think Rain's one of them?), etc who trains them. I know Singapore has Ocean Butterflies but.. Somehow I guess it's not enough? OK one more thing is the market there is huge. Koreans support their homegrown bands VERY MUCH (including here in Singapore haha). Vic says that Jaejoong from DBSK was not born with the talent of singing and he trained up in SM to be where he is today. If I could I'd wanna be like him. Haha! I wanna travel! They went everywhere! Paris and Czech Republic just for PHOTOBOOKS, Japan where they broke into the music scene and travelled elsewhere around Asia to do promotions! So good la. Hahaha.

I realised the SHINee vid I posted for my previous post didnt come up. WHY WHY. I linked this blog to my YouTube account so I'm able to post vids but somehow it's not working. I wanted to find the embed but cant seem to. Can anybody helppppp?

Well, life's been pretty mundane with the usual work routine. I look forward to Fridays though more work's to be done and it's our busiest day (which is also fun). With another bartender like Ah Bang Superman it's more enjoyable. And also Sundays cos I can really just relax with some of the Zen Tribe members (:

Oh yes I visited the MPCC library last week and borrowed 4 books (you can borrow 8 in June but after a 2 year hiatus from storybooks I dont think I'll be competent enough to finish reading 4 in 3 weeks) to read. I love reading but it's so difficult to actually find time to have a me-time for a couple of hours (also due to the fact that my reading speed has decreased -.-"). Haha. I've already finished 1 and a half. Hopefully can finish the rest (x

Been watching a lot of SHINee performances on YouTube and I'm impressed every single time by this talented lot. They are so young yet are so talented! Their age range is only between 14-19 years and I think in all their performances (of Noona You Are So Pretty) THEY ARE ALL SUNG LIVE. Imagine that with super fast dance moves. Just watch the above video.

I love them all, but my fav is Leader ONEW! :D I think all their vocals are really really good, but I like his best cos it's very smooth (: Mwora haedo naehghen salmi everything ~ Sighs! Haha. Love his hat which he wears during Noona performances (notice that in the very first part of Noona performances he will be the only member holding his hat while doing some leg steps. Even when he doesnt have a hat on he will still hold his head, like in the Dream Concert rehearsal (x ) and his hoodie (pic below!). Love his style best (:

Love MINHO too (4th from left of pic), he definitely has that charisma! So mysterious like that, he doesnt have a big singing part in Noona so dont really hear him much but I read that he usually takes on the lower tones. I heard him on Sukira and HE DOES SOUND VERY SEXY. Ahaha. He's also the tallest of the group!

JONGHYUN and KEY's voices are DA BOMB (2nd and 5th from pic respectively). Omg they are immensely filled with vocal ability. I can recognise JONGHYUN's voice anywhere now cos I think we're exposed to his voice the most (x

Baby TAEMIN (cute middle one of pic haha!)! The youngest of the group is A DANCING MACHINE (like Eunhyuk!). You'll notice that in the Noona performances where he has a solo dance in the middle of the song. And he just pops out from the rest of the group cos he's slightly shorter than the rest but his dance delivery is more exaggerated, you'll see. Haha. (He should style his hair up all the time like in the picture! His hair currently is bowl-cut, as you can see from the video -.-")

Rah it's so hot outside I feel so lethargic and lazy to head out (to go to work) ): How I wish it's raining. I would love to wear a big thick jacket to warm myself instead. Doesnt it sound cosy? Like when it's raining heavily outside and youre in a cold bus and youre all warm in a big thick jacket.. (: Onew lend me your hoodie! :D

OK I shall just dream of rain. I'm off to nap!
